Use of personal protective equipment (masks)
In compliance with current legislation at the date of publication of this protocol, guests are required to wear a protective mask only in the common areas within the structure. Outdoors, the use of the mask is mandatory only if the distance of 1 meter between people cannot be respected.
Cleaning hands
Frequent hand cleaning is mandatory by washing them with soap and water or with disinfectant gel. Disinfectant gel dispensers will be placed in the various common areas of the facility.
Room sanitization
Frequent cleaning and disinfection with specific products for surfaces and floors will be guaranteed, in particular of all surfaces that are touched more frequently.
The sanitization of the rooms on arrival will be carried out with specific equipment.
Greater ventilation of all rooms will be guaranteed.
Swimming pool and beach
A greater distance between the umbrellas will be ensured and all equipment will be regularly sanitized.
In your own beach or swimming pool place it will be possible to sunbathe and enjoy the sea air without wearing a mask.
The reservation of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool will be managed directly from the reception of the hotel / residence.
The use of a swimming cap is mandatory to enter the pool. In the event that guests do not have one, they can purchase it at the hotel / residence reception.
In addition to the usual daily verification of the water parameters of the swimming pool, careful cleaning and sanitization of the common areas, changing rooms, showers and services will be ensured.
Restaurant
The necessary spacing between the tables will be guaranteed.
At the table you can enjoy our dishes without a mask and in complete tranquility.
If the buffet is provided, the latter will not be accessible in self-service mode, but served by our staff.
Online check-in
In order to limit the time spent by guests at the reception during the check-in phase upon arrival at the hotel, it is recommended to fill in the online check-in which will be sent to the guest's email a few days before arrival. At the reception you will be asked to show the identity documents of the guests for the sole purpose of checking.
